Feeling down?

Its always important to try to put yourself first before you try to care for others. There are many ways you can try to help yourself. This page is for others to suggest how this can best be done. Please feel free to contribute!

Feeling Good

I attended 'Mother's Minds' your amazing conference on 13th Nov.
One good piece of advice I heard which I have started to use is 'The List'. Whenever you do something or experience something that makes you feel good write it down. This will become a feelgood list which you can look at from time to time to remind you of the things that make you feel relaxed, like your old self or just plain old happy :-) I thought that this was a brilliant idea as I know I forget sometimes the things that made me happy and tended to focus on what made me miserable. I will let you know how I get on.
Thank you again for 'Mother's Minds' a real insight into PND with some brilliant speakers and a truly original concept using drama poetry and interaction. Well done to all involved. Truly inspirational.
