Please use the Contact form to send us information or for further information about how to attend the group.

If you are contacting us because you feel you need urgent help and support, we suggest in the first instance you contact your local mental health team, either through your GP or health visitor, or you might like to contact NHS Direct or The Samaritans Links

Committee Members

We are a purely voluntary group made up of Mothers and Heath Care Professionals, who give up their own time and resources out of the goodness of their hearts. We rely on fundraising, donations and grants to allow our group to continue, as we receive no funding from Government sources to run our group.

The committee exists to enable the PND Group.

Lisa Powers

Secretary and ex-user of the group
I was referred to the group by my Health Visitor when my daughter was only a few weeks old, I only attended the group a few times but it really helped me to understand why I felt so down all of the time. When I started to feel better in myself I was invited to join the support group and soon became Secretary of the group. The support group gave me a focus to concentrate on and really made me start to feel like an individual again, and not just a Mum!
